JustTCG Partner Program Terms

Last updated: October 19, 2026

These Partner Program Terms ("Terms") govern participation in the JustTCG Partner Program ("the Program"), operated by JustTCG LLC ("JustTCG", "we", "our", or "us"). They apply to game shops that send their own card sales ("Store Partners") and to point-of-sale or inventory software vendors that send sales on behalf of the shops they serve ("Vendor Partners"). In these Terms, "you" means the Store Partner or Vendor Partner.

These Terms are the full text of the Network Participation Agreement that you accept during onboarding. You agree to them when you sign that agreement, or when you send sales data to the partner endpoint we issue you, whichever happens first.

The Short Version

  • The Program is free. No money changes hands in either direction.
  • You send your card sales as they happen. A sale is the card, the quantity, the price and the time.
  • Customer details are dropped on arrival and are never stored, logged or passed on.
  • We publish blended prices only. Your sales volume and your individual sales are never shown, shared or sold.
  • Send only genuine, completed sales. Manipulating prices gets a shop removed for good.
  • You can leave at any time. Partner benefits end when your feed stops.

This summary is for convenience. The numbered sections below are the binding terms.

1. About the Program

JustTCG builds trading card prices from real sales. Partners send their card sales to JustTCG, and we blend them with sales from other shops in the same regional market to produce local prices. In return, partners receive the benefits described in Section 6.

There is no fee to join, no fee per sale, and JustTCG does not pay partners for their data. The Program is not exclusive: you remain free to use any other service and to share your own data with anyone else.

2. Eligibility and Onboarding

Any shop that sells trading cards may apply once it has card sales to send, including a shop that is about to open. Point-of-sale and inventory software vendors may apply to send sales for the shops they serve. The person who applies and signs must be authorized to act for the business. We review every application and may decline or defer one at our discretion.

Once accepted, you receive partner credentials: an endpoint URL, a store identifier and a signing secret. Your shop "goes live" when we have seen a few days of steady, genuine sales and your integration checks out. Before go-live, we hold the sales you send for review, and they do not affect published prices.

3. The Data You Send

You will send sale events from your point of sale or inventory system as they happen. Each sale line carries a supported product identifier (the current list is in your partner dashboard), the quantity, the unit price, the currency and the time of the sale, together with your order reference and whether the sale was in store or online. You may also send refunds and voids that reverse an earlier sale, and price observations that report a price without a completed sale. Condition, printing and language may be included as supporting detail.

"Partner Data" means the data you send to us under these Terms. You agree to send it accurately and completely, to keep exact product identifiers in your system so that each sale can be matched to a single card, and to correct errors you discover. Sale lines that fail validation may be rejected.

4. Customer Information

We do not want information about your customers, and you agree not to send it on purpose. Our gateway keeps only the fields listed in Section 3 and drops everything else on arrival, including customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, shipping addresses and payment details. Dropped fields are never stored, logged or passed on. If you discover that customer information was placed in a field we keep, tell us and we will delete it.

You remain responsible for any notices to your own customers that the law requires for the data you send.

5. How We Use Partner Data

5.1 Internal Use

We keep your shop's identity attached to each sale on our own systems. We use it to give each sale the right weight, to place it in the correct regional market, to detect fraud and price manipulation, to calculate your benefits, and to support your integration. Your shop's identity goes no further than that.

5.2 What We Publish

We publish only blended prices and other aggregate statistics built from many sales. We will never identify your shop as the source of any particular sale, and we will never show, share or sell your sales volume or your individual sales. We do not sell or license Partner Data in its raw form to anyone.

5.3 License and Ownership

You keep ownership of your own business records. You grant JustTCG a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable license to store, process, normalize, combine and aggregate Partner Data, and to create prices, indices, statistics and other derived data from it. JustTCG owns that derived data and may use, distribute and commercialize it, including through our paid API.

5.4 Service Providers and Legal Requests

We may use hosting and infrastructure providers to process Partner Data on our behalf, under obligations of confidentiality. We may disclose Partner Data where the law requires it.

6. Partner Benefits

Benefits roll out as the Program grows, and some may not yet be available in your region. Unless stated otherwise, a benefit requires a live feed.

6.1 Local Market Report

Store Partners receive a report of what cards sell for across counters in their region and, where InHand is live, what collectors nearby search for and cannot find. The report is for partners only and is not for sale. It is provided for your internal use, and you agree not to publish, resell or redistribute it.

6.2 Listing on InHand

Store Partners may be listed on InHand, which helps local collectors find a shop that has their card. Your listing shows your shop's public details, such as its name, address, phone number and website, along with the verified mark, and may show cards your shop has available. Contact us to correct or update your listing.

6.3 Verified Shop Kit and the JustTCG Verified Mark

Live Store Partners with a physical storefront may receive a Verified Shop Kit of window and counter displays, while supplies last. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to display the "JustTCG Verified" mark, in the form we provide, only while you are a live partner. You agree to stop displaying it if you leave the Program or are removed from it.

6.4 API Access

Store Partners with a live feed receive free JustTCG API access. The level is set by the card sales you sent in the last 90 days:

  • Starter: from 400 card sales
  • Pro: from 1,800 card sales
  • Enterprise: from 4,500 card sales

Each sale line counts as one card sale, so an order with ten different cards counts as ten. Refunded, voided or rejected sales, and sales set aside under Section 7, may be excluded from the count. Below 400 card sales there is no API access, but your InHand listing and your Local Market Report do not depend on volume. Vendor Partners receive the API access we agree with them during onboarding.

Your use of the API is governed by our Terms of Service, including the data license in Section 7 of those terms.

6.5 Changes to Benefits

The API access levels are set low on purpose while the Program is new. We may change benefits and levels as the Program grows. We will email you at least 30 days before a change that reduces your benefits takes effect.

7. Market Integrity

A shared price is only worth having if nobody can bend it. You agree to send only genuine, completed sales and real prices. You must not:

  • Send fake, duplicated or replayed transactions.
  • Sell cards between related parties to create sales that would not otherwise happen (wash trading).
  • Inflate or depress reported prices, or time sales to push a price up or down.
  • Systematically misrepresent card condition, printing or identity.
  • Send sales that are not your own, or that you are not authorized to send.

Every incoming sale is checked for anomalies. We may set suspicious sales aside for a person to review, exclude them from prices, pause your feed, or ask you for supporting records. A partner found manipulating prices is removed from the Program immediately and permanently, and we may remove all of its past data from our prices.

8. Security of Your Integration

Keep your signing secret confidential and use it only in systems you control or authorize. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe it has been exposed, and we will issue a new one. You are responsible for events signed with your secret until you report it. We may rotate or revoke credentials at any time to protect the Program.

9. Additional Terms for Vendor Partners

If you are a Vendor Partner, you also agree that:

  • You are authorized by each shop whose sales you send, under your agreements with that shop, and you have told that shop its sales are sent to the Program.
  • You will identify each shop correctly and send each shop's sales under its own identifier.
  • You will stop sending a shop's sales within a reasonable time after that shop asks you to.

The protections in Sections 4 and 5 apply to the sales of every shop you serve. We will never share one shop's raw sales with another shop or with a competitor.

10. Your Commitments

You confirm that you have the right to share Partner Data with us, and that doing so does not breach any agreement you have (including with your point-of-sale provider or any marketplace) or any law that applies to you.

11. Leaving the Program and Termination

You may leave the Program at any time by disconnecting your point of sale or removing the webhook, or by asking us at [email protected] to revoke your endpoint. We may suspend or end your participation at any time, including for a breach of these Terms, inaccurate data, a long period without sales, or if we wind down the Program. Where we can, we will give notice first, except in cases under Section 7.

When your participation ends:

  • We stop accepting new sales from you, and your partner benefits end.
  • Prices and statistics already built from your sales remain, because a blended price cannot be un-blended.
  • On your written request, we will delete the raw sale records linked to your shop and remove the link between your shop and the sales we processed, except where we must keep records to meet a legal obligation or to resolve a dispute or an investigation under Section 7.
  • You stop displaying the JustTCG Verified mark and stop using the Local Market Report.

Sections 5.3, 7, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 16 continue to apply after your participation ends.

12. Confidentiality

Your credentials, the Local Market Report and any non-public information about the Program are confidential, and you agree not to disclose them. We keep your non-public business information confidential and use it only as described in Section 5.

13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Program and all partner benefits are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any increase in customers or sales, or the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any price or report.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from the Program. Because the Program is free, JustTCG's total liability arising from it is limited to US$100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

14. Relationship to Other Terms

Your use of the JustTCG API and website is governed by our Terms of Service, and personal information about the people who use your JustTCG account is handled under our Privacy Policy. If those documents conflict with these Terms on how Partner Data is handled, these Terms control.

The word "partner" describes participation in the Program. It does not create a legal partnership, joint venture, agency or employment relationship. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of our business.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We will email the contact address on file at least 30 days before a material change takes effect, and update the date at the top of this page. If you keep sending sales after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you may leave the Program under Section 11.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the United States.
